C & C Music Services utilizes all of the planning resources needed to make your special event or celebration a complete success.  Your  entertainment choice will make up approximately 8-10% of your total event budget.  Most event planners believe that next to the actual event location, the entertainment is the determining factor in the overall success of an event.

 

C & C Music Services routinely invests up to 10-12 hours for each of our events.  And 20-25 hours are common for larger celebrations such as weddings & school events.  Most budget shoppers only consider the 4 hours during the actual event, they don't understand what a professional entertainment company acutally does for an event.  Our client's investment consists of consultations, music research & purchases, facility visits, agenda preparation, travel to & from the event, set-up of audio/video & lighting systems, actual performance time, take-down of equipment, continuing education & personnel  training, and other service-related endeavors.  Our all-inclusive service package is designed to provide you with the best value for your dollar.

 

All of the following items will be included in the price of your event package:

  • UNLIMITED HOURS of Music (per your request)
  • Preliminary Consultation (if needed)
  • UNLIMITED Follow-Up Consultations (via phone, email or in-person)
  • Final Planning Consultation (2-4 weeks prior to event)
  • Extensive Digital Music Library (35,000 songs available)
  • Personalized Play List & Do Not Play List (based on your requests)
  • Powerful 2000-Watt Professional Sound system (2-4 speakers as needed)
  • Elegant Music for your Wedding Ceremony (if at same location)
  • Microphone & Sound reinforcement for your minister and/or guest readers
  • Soft Background Music provided during your cocktail hour
  • Wireless hand-held microphone systems (for blessings, toasts, speeches & announcements)
  • Custom Dance Floor Lighting (Multi-Color & Sound-Activated)
  • Special Effects (Fog & Bubble Machines, if permitted) 
  • Two-Person Entertainment Team (Disc Jockey & Master of Ceremony)
  • Our DJs & MCs will be appropriately attired 
  • Our DJs play your requests & those of your guests
  • Complete Event Coordination (our MCs will gently guide all of your event activities)
  • Early Arrival & Set-up (generally 2 hours prior to guests arrival)
  • Pre-event Sound Check & Lighting System Test
  • Quick take-down time (usually within 30 minutes after your event)
  • All Mileage & Travel-related fees (within 75 miles of our Office)
  • Dependable Back-Up Equipment (On-Site at your event)
  • $2,000,000 Liability Insurance (coverage includes client & their venue)

PRICING:
